XXX will send 50,000 Yen. YYY will receive 50,000 Yen.

[1] If XXX or YYY will not be available to have the lesson for the following day, notice must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson time.
[2] If a lesson is missed, regardless of fault between XXX or YYY, there shall be a make-up lesson on the following Sunday with adjustments as to time.
[3] Minutes are consumable and redeemable. This means that for any power interruption or Internet failure, the minutes that were lost shall be refunded the following Sunday or any other time depending on the agreement between XXX and YYY.
[4] XXX and YYY shall observe honesty and good faith in carrying the provisions of this contract.
