A Contest: Best Argument against Same-Sex Marriage

RULES OF THE CONTEST:

[1] Contestants must convince and persuade the host that same-sex marriage should not be allowed in the Philippines (negative claim);
[2] To qualify for the contest, each contestant must pay the Php25 registration fee;
[3] Place of contest will be at the host's residence**;
[4] The contestant with the best argument* will be declared the Best Persuader and be awarded the Php500 prize;
[5] All contestants will be given a copy of a list of all valid and false arguments proffered by each contestant for transparency, setting forth reasons why said arguments are labelled thus;
[6] The contestant must speak only English, Filipino or both;
[7] All arguments will be video-recorded and will be used in any way that the host finds necessary and fitting;
[8] The host may ask for clarifications and points of information during the contest, and;
[9] The attempt to persuade must not be exceed 90 minutes.

NOTES:

[1] The contest starts now.
[2] The contest ends on June 30, 2015.
[3] The distribution of results and the awarding of the prize will be from July 6 to 10, 2015.
[4] Results will be sent through contestants' Facebook and email inboxes.
